Thoughts of inadequacy, low worth, failure and lack holding you back?


Below are five steps to address the negative thoughts and feelings:


  1. Make a list of things that concern and worry you.

  2. From the list, identify those things that you can change and those that you have no control over.

  3. Focus on the former and make a list of the quick wins ( things you can address/ change immediately with little effort).

  4. Reflect on previous times when you successfully solved a problem. This will revive your drive and act as a reminder that if you could address challenges before, you can do it again.

  5. Adopt a “No lose” attitude. Tell yourself that no matter what happens, you will be able to handle it.


Try practicing patience. And gratitude on a daily basis. That will help you get rid go the negative thoughts.


Be kind to yourself and always celebrate yourself.
